Welcome to the Feldenkrais Studio Zurich. I give Feldenkrais classes in groups and individually at two locations in Zurich. The Feldenkrais Method® is a holistic, systemic approach to expanding one’s potential in motor skills, flexibility, self-acceptance and well-being. It is suitable for adults and children, can alleviate pain problems, and helps athletes and musicians to recognize and improve their movement sequences.

In the Feldenkrais group classes I will teach you to practice movements attentively and with mindfulness. It is a conscious exploration of yourself. You will experience your possibilities and can discover new things for yourself.

FI – Funktionale Integration. Die Funktionale Integration unterstützt Sie dabei, mehr Bewegungs- und Verhaltensmöglichkeiten für sich zu finden. Schmerzen oder Unfreiheit können dadurch vermindert werden. Jeder Mensch hat ein grosses Lebenspotenzial, hat seine Veranlagungen und seine Geschichte. Wir suchen Optionen und Lebensqualität, die für Sie persönlich in diesem Moment passen.
